I bought a bulk lot of gerber knives on ebay and I have to say this one is my favorite. I just don't know what model of knife it is. It has like a magnetic deploy system so it will not deploy in my pocket and keeps the blade in the folded position when not in use. It has like a quick deploy lever on the spine of the knife, I'm not sure what this is called specifically. It is a smaller about 2.5 inch blade. I would like to buy another one if someone can help me identify what model it is. I tried looking on the gerber website but it must be a discontinued model. I would like to buy another just like it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome!

It's a Gerber Torch 1 Drop point. You are correct and it is discontinued, so it may be hard to find.

The level used to open the blade is commonly called a "flipper".

If you would like a jazzier version of a very similar design, cast your eyes on some of the other Hinderer designed knives out there (e.g. Kershaw and ZT have done many Hinderer models).
