What Grade Of Scotchbrite to Renew Satin Finish?

Anybody know what approximates the standard satin finish from the Busse shop? I have a couple blades that could use a bit of TLC to pretty them up some, I have rubbed finishes before so I know how to do it properly. Just needed to know how coarse I can go with it without it looking wonky.

Start with the most course and work your way down to fine until it looks like you want. They make scotchbrite belts for Sanders/ grinders. You can also start with steel wool and some blue magic metal polish

I used wet sand paper and WD40 to restore a scratched up secondhand SOB that I bought. It's about halfway down this page....
