I've been trying to send several mails for the last 4 weeks without answer from TOPS...I've been asking for some availability and for a replacement sheath of one of my TOPS but still no answer...
A bit sad to experience that...I've allways been pleased by their service before (and used quiet some money on their products) but there is maybee happened something at TOPS?
Anybody know? or anybody have experienced a lack of service from them?

Try the phone! Unfortunately, TOPS has never been great at answering emails. They are more than helpful on the phone however.

Just wanted to add- That's been my experience as well. I emailed and got nothing, I called and got Mike Fuller himself, who was incidentally one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet.

it's just I had good experience with mails with them before, and talked with Helene on the phone twice, a very nice person! Just think it don't look like TOPS not to answer mails...They did once!

Oliverplomion,

Hmmm. The next time that you're on the telephone with Helene, ask her if she was the customer service rep for Dornaus and Dixon. If she was, I know her, too.

It's an odd name (at least here) and it's funny that your Helene is in the same line of work.

She helped me a lot when I bought my Bren Ten; she helped me with a repair, got me extra magazines and many spare parts. If it's the same woman, tell her that serial number 00313 says 'hi.':D

Oliverplomion,

I wouldn't know the exact details. Dornuas and Dixon were in California (I've never been to that state) and I was in Wisconsin in 1984 when I bought the Bren Ten.

You mentioned her as 'Mike's wife.' Did you know that Mr. Dixon's name is also Mike.
