What Happened? The blade is now crooked and almost hiting the liner! Can anyone help?

When in the closed position, the blade on my Gerber Harsey AR is very crooked. It is slanted away from the liner bearing the clip and is almost touching the front liner. Can anyone tell me how to realign the blade so it is in the center of the liners?
 
I'm not terribly sure how to fix that... However maybe if you posted the exact same topic a few more times someone will help you faster.
