What happened to that MoFo?

There WAS an auction for an Uncle MoFo. It was supposed to close this morning. Last I saw, about two hours before the end, it was up to $660 (past my limit :grumpy: ) Now the listing is gone:

"This listing (350030665893) has been removed or is no longer available"

Anybody know what happened? I had this silly idea that I might have been able to get one at a reasonable price. Ah, well, patience.

edit to add: I just noticed that both the auctions from that seller are gone. Strange.

Not sure what happened though (wish it was headed here!)
 
Seller could have gotten a good email offer and closed the auction, and took a Buy it now.

I don't believe a seller can do that within 12 hours of auction close if there are bids. Maybe the site shut it down for some reason.
 
I checked it this morning with 4 hours remaining on the ticker. She was up to around 5 Ben Franklins.

No Mas here.

I was watching that one also and wondered where it went. There was another Busse that did the same thing, don't remember which one it was. Very strange. Out of my price range. I had two at one time, I really need another.

Oh she's getting her's soon. I want to bring it camping. I got so many new toys, it's hard to beat up on the pretty ones. :D

I plan on bringing the Mojo, Basic 9, CGFBM, HR, CGASH, ASHLE, and a BATACLE just to see the differences. Of course I'll have to bring some smaller knives like AD's GW's and some assorted rats too. :D

The only downside to the Mojo, is that the wood handles seem to be a little slippery. I think it's definately a candidate for a tether.
 
Put a black D-Guard that bad boy...

Or for a little dressier look, you could use a regular leather lanyard, that's what I did with another blade with smooth ebony scales and it works great.
 
MoFos are such underrated blades. I had one once... *sniff* That sucker out chopped the HH I had and it was overall lighter.

Eli, heck yeah on the D-Guard. Makes it more gooder!! ;)

Eli, good thinking on the leather. I have a bunch of 550 cord, but I think I got some nice leather tucked away somewhere I can use.

It'll be one classy chopper. :thumbup:
