What happened to the 2009 Knife of the yr. the Speedform

Its midway through 2010. Kershaw has finially released the Volt. What happened to the Speedform? Should'nt Blade's knives of the year be available in the year their awarded? I've had the Speedform pre-ordered for 5 months. I heard Feb. then March, Apr,May, etc.
Has anyone heard anything? I was looking forward to this one.
 
Last week I heard 30-45 days. I think this will be another really nice one. It will be great company for my Volt.
