I don't have one, doubt I ever will. I was thinking about the Vrango the other day. No one talks about it either.
I think blade shapes of the Myrtle and Vrango are too unconventional for most people.
Ask and ye shall receive: Here's my Myrtle....I love it.
Lovely weight to it- the hook section at the front of the blade is great for grabbing and cutting parcels without deploying the whole blade around 'knife-shy-folks'
Fit and finish are- as always with the Taichung knives- peerless in the Spyderco range.....and I'd love to see some more of the shred carbon.
Downsides- she's a big old beast in pocket and hand.
The pocket clip looks cool but is very grabby on thicker jeans
The lock bar is quite narrow- I'd imagine if you chose to use this for heavier long-use cutting it'd be a hot spot after a short while on your index finger (but with the build, that'd be like deciding to use your Ferrari to pull a treestump out of a mudhole!)

Honestly, when Spyderco releases designs like these I wonder if they're trying to sell knives or accomplish something else.
Lol, best left not given any attention imo. We know and love how Spyderco works.A very astute statement.
How about a regular wharncliffe for the Myrtle and a non-recurved tanto for the Vrango. Handles on both are beautiful and made in Taichiung means top quality.
They are both collaboration models- the respective designers of each selected their blade shapes specifically for a reason, so a modified version is unlikely.
