What happened to Warren Thomas's 9Line midtechs?

Looks like the website/domain name wasn't renewed, and I don't see them anywhere on the standard online retailers.

Did WT give up on that project?
 
There was some behind the scenes stuff about him failing to fill orders and essentially disappearing off the face of the earth with a lot of people's money, so I can't say it's surprising.

I'm not privy to the details but I know Hank Greenberg, who is a representative of Microtech and a big personality in the knife collecting world, mentioned it to Warren on his facebook. Depending on who you believe, Quartermaster says he took $8,000 from them to make them parts for the Mr. Roper and never followed through.
 
Oh dear. That's terrible to hear. WT makes (made?) a nice piece, it's a shame.
