What I did with a 2 x 6 inch pc of 1095

Usually I only get 2 punch knives out of a pc of metal this size.

Now lets see how far that band saw blade is going to bend around the curves.

Surprised me. Well I had to cheated a little bit and drilled a few holes. I think the ends justified the means. The longest one is 4.75 inches long, the smallest is 3 3/8 inches.

Surprised my self some.

All done on a 5 inch wheel and taken to a Rockwell of 60. Thanks for looking and comments are always welcome. Ken
