What i it - KERSHAW/KAI WHEEL OPEN?

I received a KERSHAW/KAI knife from my father in the mid 60's - no one can identify: total lenght closed 3 1/8, heavy blade 2 1/4 long 1/8 thick, heavy bolsters each 3/32 thick - total thickness ~13/32, wood inlay, WHEEL ON EACH SIDE FRONT USED TO OPEN (no finger nail slot) - Turn the wheels CW to open and blades LOCKS open - Turn the wheels ~1/8 1/4 turn CCW to release lock and then continue turning to close.

Anyone know NAME/MODEL???

Is that the one that operates like the Paul lock, i.e. you push the side buttons in to move the blade?
 
I've seen 'em around, not sure of the model. Somebody should chime in soon, maybe kershawguy or spiraltech can fill ya in.
