My signature knife. A lot of people have posted what they think is my signature knife, this is what I consider it to be. This has been my #1 selling knife ever since I started offering it, the Kephart. I`m not talking just any Kephart, I`m talking no thumb notches, brass pins, and wood handles, that`s how it should be. It works just as well in the kitchen (just ask mqqn), as it does in the woods. No fancy sexy curves, just a knife made to work, and work well! Just my opinion.

Very nice. I used to have one of yours with oak and micarta spacers, but I gifted it to my son's friend before he headed off to Marine boot camp. Great knife.

I remember it, the first one with micarta liners, or any liner for that fact!

On my short list also. Was going to order one last time but the CC/S caught my eye first.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that picture. My first JK is very similar - only lacking the lanyard hole.

And yes - that is a great knife for almost any task!

Wow, these are some beautiful knives. Definitely a timeless design. I like mrbear's fire picture (snow being one of the most rewarding conditions under which to make a fire imho :) Thanks for posting!
