What I use my Sebenza for on a daily basis

Well, these are just a couple of the things I use my CRK's for.
I am making BBQ sauces, hot sauce and marinades. Obviously I can not show pictures of all the ingredients nor can I take pictures of my secret room. Why? Did you not know that in the South we are so serious about our secret recipes that we will kill to keep it that way?
If you see box being cut down you can guarantee that many were done the same way. The same goes for many other products. The edge got a work out today and I do see some dulling at the belly.
I used a large regular swedged sebenza in S30V.

how about a sample of some bbq sauce? ha

nice seeing a chris reeve knife put to work!

Bout to use my small star sebbie to cut up my ribeye steak, medium rare. Some Lawrys seasoning and a little bit of black pepper. I can use some of that bbq sauce tho :)

how does the edge hold versus the plate? do you contact it ?
just curious, still haven't used my Ummi for food or steak

Well, I touch up my carrying knives every couple of weeks out of habit so I haven't really thought about it. Regardless, I'd rather use my reasonably sharp knife on a steak than the blunt stick they give me to cut with at a restaurant.

Nice to see pics of a Regular Sebenza being put to use. Many may disagree, but I still think that out of all the different variations of the sebenza, the Regular is still the BEST !
