.
I get a bit focused when it comes to organizing or figuring out the "perfect way", for me, to accomplish something.
I've been using a regular clear-plastic squirt bottle for my Shapton Glass stones, the kind from the kitchen supply store ... works, but not that perfect solution.
What was wrong?
I watch MrEdgy and Harrelson Stanley on YouTube use the mini-pump spray bottles to clean, water their stones. I finally figured what I like about their system is it "power washes" the stone a bit, there is force to the water and it is concentrated.
Like the idea, like the product, but for right now it is not an option. Then, I got something in my eye the other day and while reaching for my eye cup and saline bottle I noticed the saline bottle has a minute hole and when I fill up the eye cup with solution it jets out under pressure if I squeeze a bit.
TADA - we have a winner. That saline bottle, for now, is the perfect solution to my inquiry ... pinpoint accuracy, not too much water so not too sloppy and it's like a miniature power washer when I apply the correct amount of pressure ... best part, free.
All the best.
