Is a 110/112 that costs about $100 ($125 srp) and would be worth it! My 112 is a great knife but you don't get superior quality for $35. Say, put the money into fit and finish and an awesome blade. The looks and feel are perfect now.

Sounds like the 110MS (Master Series). BG42 blade, green, checkered dymondwood handles, nickle silver bolsters. Beautiful knife. It's been discontinued. The srp was $99.95.

Dry heat,
Throwing $ at a model does not necessarily make it better. Look at the high priced models that get returned for defects. Attention to process detail is what makes the difference. We have improved that model 10 fold over the years, and the price point is still great. I think we cna give you what you want with out raising the price. Hand fitting parts still relies on an operator's skill.
