What is a Convex edge?

Just a quick explanation of what a convex edge is would be greatly appreciated! Also, what's the difference between a blade angle and the "grind" of a blade?

Just an edge where the bevels are gentle curves or arcs rather than flat surfaces. A convex edge can be applied to any blade grind, but there is also a full convex grind in which the entire blade is convexed from spine to apex. Here are some basic edge types:
