The knife linked here says it's dual grind. What is that exactly? Hollow grind?

Because its a tanto I would say they are refering to the blade grind. Meaning its is ground on both sides.
Yes, they wouldn't even bother to state that a blade was dual ground in most cases, but so many tantoes are chisel ground they are stating it.
