What is a "dual-grind?"

Because its a tanto I would say they are refering to the blade grind. Meaning its is ground on both sides.

Yes, they wouldn't even bother to state that a blade was dual ground in most cases, but so many tantoes are chisel ground they are stating it.

Good. I dislike chisel grind very much. It makes me feel like, well, I'm carrying a chisel instead of a knife.

i dont know why a CG can be as sharp as anything and a zero bevel grind is sharper than most anything, ya just gotta know how to sharpen them FWIW.

Check out Mission's Dual Grind Tanto MPF folder. It's a little different.
1A is correct. My zero ground chisel ground folder is the sharpest folder I have Ever owned.

In my experience dual grind usually means part of the blade is ground different from the rest. (kinda like a combo edge of blade types)
Not quite sure what its referring to in that link (the swedge, maybe?)
