Hello,

I am new to this site but have been collecting and using knives all my life. I recently came across a Imperial Frontier Store Counter Display, with all of the original knives in it. The knives are beautiful and have never been out of the case. The case itself has some wear to it though. I did some research and couldn't find any other information about it. If any of you experts know anything about this display case and what it is worth, please let me know.

I will try to post a picture when I figure out how.

Thanks,
Magtsk62

What years are the knives, and what knives are they? Sounds like a good find. The moderators frown on making price assessments, but sure would be cool to see the display. To post pictures, you have to host the pictures on a web hosting site like TinyPic or Photobucket, then surround the URL of the picture with IMG tags, you can use the tool called "Insert Image":

It will look something like this, and the picture should appear in your post.

Welcome to the Forum.

Ok that's fine. I would really like to know more about it though.

Thawk, thank you for your help with the pictures. But I'm not familiar enough with these knives to date them, maybe yall can help with that to.

Here are the pics I have of it:

Let me know if you need some more pics.

Thanks.

I traded a guy a couple boker knives I picked up that same day at the flea market. So what do yall think of it? Any idea how old it is? Any info yall have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'd say they are from the mid 1970's. There is a whole section on Frontiers over on the Schrade Collectors site. You will find all of those knives and a similar panel style counter display.

I really like that 3 7/8" Serpentine Jack with the matchstriker nick.

Ed told me that they only made those one year...1976. That might narrow the date on the display.

Here's mine:

Thank yall for all the info. And thawk I visited that site, thank you for the links. Now all I need to do is find the top piece with the frontier brand name on it. That ought to be a fun task. :)
