I read the Superman thread and got to distracted to figure out how the Mole Jack is different than a regular Satin Jack Tak. Can anyone help me?

Mine did come out of the cardboard sharper than most of my Busse's did, so it could have a different edge and the coating is a little rougher.
but the only SJ I can compare it to is a LESJT.

I would like to know also whats the difference ...

The stinky one said that it's sterile, has a different edge and has a more head resistant coating.

Sterile, therefore covert, like a mole.

And my name is Jasper, not Jack.

I also think the tip is pointer than the regular SJT, but I can only judge by pictures. Can anyone to a side by side? please.

I'll post photos of the Mole Jack, a Satin Jack, and the SJTLE comparison later this evening. I posted a close-up of the Mole Jack blade on another thread. It looks like the grind is different; it doesn't reach the spine - hollow grind rather than convex?

Great photo T....I'll add mine for what its worth. Comparisons between a SJT (left), Mole Jack (middle), and HOGSJT (right). Close up of the Mole Jack and SJT blades; there is a definite spine to the Mole Jack's blade. The grind doesn't appear to be a full height convex as on the SJT or HOGSJT.

It is a flat grind. At least mine is. A NON full flat grind is called a sabre grind, but since there's very little flat area on the mole jack, I'm not sure I'd call it that.
