Howz abouts a new addition to the family? :D We adopted him from Pima County Animal Control on Saturday, saving him from an extremely untimely demise had no one else stepped up. :thumbup: Ladies and gents--eat your hearts out!!!

Good on you, cute puppy. Around here a dog like that would never get put down unless it was seriously ill. Puppies fly off the shelves...

Well, it's my wife's dog, and she likes the name "Elvis". I suggested "Blitz" and several others, but you know what they say--happy wife equals happy life.

You are a good man. Ours was a stray someone dumped off at our house. She has brought much joy into our lives.

In answer to you question, the only things better than/equal to a gorgeous new pup are a loving spouse and healthy and happy kids and grandkids. Good on you for rescuing him! We have a 9.5 y.o. German Shepherd and a 3 y.o. Golden Retriever we rescued when he was 9 months old.
 
You ROCK my man, coming from our family we work with a pit bull rescue( the sweetest, most misunderstood dogs in the world) and a Mastiff rescue...Adopted/rescue dogs make the absolute best family additions in the world. He sure is a cute lil guy, good for you. Thanks from our 2 pits and mastiff(all rescues)
