what is boker's Solingen stainless steel

Wondering the same thing. The Copperliner really catches my eye....along with the other Red Bone knives in their catalog. How do you like it?
 
Probably 1.4116. It's a popular steel in Europe. Same thing that Puma uses in a lot of their knives and it's used in the Henckels and Wusthoff kitchen knives.

The steel in Swiss Army knives is very similar to it as well.
