what is everyone up to ?

Social distancing and gettin out to the woods camping next week hope all my bladeforums brothers are safe and whole
 
Sweating. Policing...impossible to social distance, fishing, kids baseball, shooting, repairing 17 yo 4Runner so 16 yo can drive. Smoking a few sticks and trying to get house sale ready cause I’m sick of city living.
 
Social distancing eliminates most activities. We took one trip to Busch Gardens with all the new safety measures and did fine. But then cases really started to jump so now that's off the table too. It's too hot to get the kids out to do much. A little trip to the Forrest trails around here whenever I can convince them to go is about it.
 
Just planted a 40+ fruit tree orchard last weekend. Heat made that pretty miserable but I should have a pile of pears, apples, plums, cherries, figs, and paw paws for years to come. Still have a couple ornamental trees (dogwood and redbuds) to plant for the wifey. Other than that and aside from work being crazy busy, I'm continuing my preps for the end of the world.

112’F days and 88’F lows so it is really early AM biking and hiking each morning > and hell at that.
Heading up your way to SoUt soon, David, to grind my skin off in some technical slots. It’s been too long. You are hot there as well, but the 50’F water in the dark cool slots really cools ya’ off after that hot slog in to the drop in.
 
Day off, walking the dog. Just watched an individual - 200 pounds 5’8 claiming to be Jesus ( high as a kite in methamphetamine psychosis) climb my gate.. break 3 bottles and run towards me and my dog.

luckily the police were already next door in response to another “Friday” occurrence..

Well my yard is looking like the Amazon rain forest again, so I get to have fun Saturday whacking bushes with my 1311, and I have a few fallen tree limbs to process with something hefty. I think I will test out the HHFSH i got recently. I need to get some fresh air so plan on taking the mountain bike for a spin as well on the trail near by.
