I have a Case knife, not sure what it is or how old it is, I'm not familiar with these knives.

It was given to me by a good friend who has since died so it has a pretty high degree of sentimental value. I have no idea what it's monetary value is, and I care even less, but I'd be interested to know a bit more about it.

Here is a description.

Handle - About 3.25" long. Scales are pale yellow delrin (?????)
3 studs on either side. Silver coloured bolsters.

Small blade is about 1.75" long and shaped like a typical pen knife type blade. It has 32087 and PEN under that stamped on it.

Large blade is not unlike a Buck 110 in shape and about 2.75" long. Stamped on that is:
Case xx
USA

Under the USA is at least 4 and possibly 6 dots.

Anyone got any idea what I have here?

Case has a numbering system.

3 2 087

3 is for yellow delrin
2 is the number of blades
087 is the pattern number.
Which is a serpentine jack or premium jack that is 3 1/4" closed

Case also has a date code.
Case changes the style of how "Case" is written if you will , or commonly referred to as "tang stamp".

I hope it is okay to post a link-

Just take a look and your knife will have something that matches up.

OK, great link, thanks.

Possibly mine is from 1993, had a look with a magnifying glass and it seems to match what the web page describes.

Good stuff.
