What is knoboganza?

After most shows that we do we offer the knives that make it back to the shop in a online "Ganza". We post pics of the knives and give a time frame when they will be available. Then once that time comes you can send us an email stating which knives you are interested in purchasing. It is a way for those that can't make it to the show to have a shot at getting knives.
