I have a stainless steel knife that comes with a can opener and a fixed screw driver at the end of the knife.
On one side of the blade, it is written RBS. I suspect it may be Royal British Surveyors. Malaya was once a British colony.
There's a date 1953 imprinted on it.
Are there any British engineers who can clarify these unusual markings.
This knife has been in my possession for more than 30 years. I have been curious about the dates and letters for a long time.
It's time to satisfy my curiosity.
Any clues from the wise ones out there?
