Hi guys, Can anyone tell me what kind of steel is SR-101? Is it a carbon or stainless steel? I just want to find out what kind of steel it is before I order a Battle Rat. Thanks!

Great steel. I was a bit afraid of it at first because it's not stainless but after almost a year of using my Howling Rat I can say rust is not a problem, as long as you take only a little care of your knife and wipe it clean after use. Really good steel!
