What is the best sub 50$ G-Shock ?

I am looking for a simple TOUGH SOB G-Shock.
Requirements: Toughness, Time, Stopwatch, looks.

I see a lot of the old still in production models sell between 20 and 50 dollars. Which is the most successful one ?

DW-6900 and the DW-9052 come to mind. Also the Tough Solar G-2300/2310 but those may be just over the $50 mark. Pics in order listed

In my opinion the best for under $50 and probably most classic looking G-Shock is the DW-5600E. Amazon has them for $36 shipped, definitely a great deal.

The DW-6900 !! That is the G Shock that survived 10 years of combat military service in my family but was lost somehow !!

Found it for 50$, SURELY I will get a new one now that I know the model !

+1 for the DW5600. I love the classic look of it. At least its what I've always thought of when I thought "G-Shock". If you're willing to pay just a little more, you could get the GW5600 from Amazon as well, which has the added bonus of solar powered and atomic time keeping.

I think DW-5600E, DW-6600 and DW-6900 are the most succesful of the 'old' ones. They are classics.
