As I understand Kansas law, any knife with a blade longer than 4 inches cannot legally be carried concealed.
Okay, so if I have a 6 inch Cold Steel Ti-Lite clipped in my pocket, with the clip CLEARLY VISIBLE on the outside of my pants pocket, is this "concealed carry" or not?
Second question, a little off the thread topic, but, would I run afoul of the "dangerous knife" definition with this model knife? There would be no criminal intent, merely the desire to have an adequate tool for self-defense.
So, what say you?
