Caly III and the Calypso Jr.?

The Caly III in zdp is significantly more expensive and i'm not sure why. Can anyone help me out here, by clueing my in on the specs/differences?

The Calypso Jr is an older model. FRN scales and VG-10 blade steel, there were a couple of runs with a laminated ZDP-189/420 J2 blade. It was a Seki city made knife. The Cally III is an updated version, made in Golden with G10 scales and S30V steel. A sprint run was made with carbon fiber scales and ZDP steel. The Cally III has a slightly different blade shape (no swedge on the spine) and a wire clip.

Caly III actually has VG-10 and is made in Seki city. You're thinking of the UK pen knife (same knife design but without the lock) that's made of S30V and manufactured in golden.

You're right, I was thinking of the UKPK.
That will teach me to post before coffee:foot:
