What is the edge angle on a WE Saakshi?

Sooner than later I will need to work on the edge of my WE knife but can't find what angle I should work with to mimic the factory edge. Any help appreciated.
 
They're sharpened by hand and nobody will be able to tell you what angle your knife is at, as it'll depend on how the sharpener decides to do their job that day. As a general rule, 20 DPS is an okay bet but I can pretty much guarantee you it won't be exact, nor even along the whole edge.

Your best bet is to color the edge bevel with a sharpie and do some passes with your stone at different angles until you find the one that matches.

That is assuming you don't want to reprofile it to a lower angle.
 
Thanks. Did not know they are all individually sharpened by hand. I will likely re-profile when the time comes.
 
When I contacted WE their reply was: Between 35 to 45 degrees for their knives. This would mean 17 1/2 to 22 1/2 degrees per side. I have the same knife.
