What is the internal mini-pouch on the SAK nylon pouch for?

I recently got some Victorinox SAK black nylon pouches as seen in the link (hope it still works).

All the pouches like the one above seem to have a mini-pouch inside sewn into the back left corner. Does anyone know what this internal mini-pouch was made for? Thanks in advance.

It might be for a small sharpening steel. Some of the leather Victorinox sheaths come with a loop for a steel.

It´s for the mini maglite like at the big survival-set and the traveller-set.
