What is the meaning of this LL date on back?

I would have thought it would have been cool to stamp the date as 7/20/1969 as that was Armstrong's actually walk on the moon date.

Then I thought it was the production date and if it was then why did it take so long until the seller received it sometime over the past few weeks in December? He said he waited 8 months for his order. Maybe he did get it months ago, but only now decided to sell it.

Also, what is the meaning of .35 at the end of the date? Seller said he thought it was the "time" of production. But then I saw another members pic posted with the exact same date.

Lastly, what is the pic to the left of the date supposed to be. It looks like a forest to me, but it could be something else too?

Inquiring minds need to know these things :D

Its the length of time in days , hours , min..... that the mission took. The thing next to it is the loaf of Italian bread they ate on the moon.

The Lunar Landing CGG sebenza is a new edition for 2019. It has all of the features of the standard small sebenza 21 with the upscale finish of the CGG edition, that includes a brushed satin finish on the blade and satin-finished flats on the handle. The titanium handle features a bronze color anodized to add depth and detail to the NASA inspired handle. The Lunar Landing features a chrysocolla cabochon inlay on the front face of the titanium handle. On the blasted gray back face of the titanium handle is 08.03.18.35 which stands for the eight days, three hours, 18 minutes, 35 seconds that the Apollo mission lasted. This knife commemorates the mission that happened 50 years ago.

I heard about that bread but some are calling it a footprint
It looked like some type of representation of an African rain forest of maybe who CRK colaberated with this LL's design and maybe that was the logo of whoever CRK collaberated with.
Could be a waterfall too. I Wiki'd it but did not see an explanation before I posted my questions.

Great quote. Did you see anything on what the pic represents?

Also, when I did a google it looks like the new LL's are being turned out now as 31's since they are stopping 21 production.
