What is the most left handed friendy Spyderco?

I think you'll find that a lot of the FRN lockbacks will all suit your purpose well. The clip can be swapped to either side, and the lock and the hole aren't biased to righties or lefties. The old style FRN handles had molded in clips, (Still have my old chesapeake knife&tool delica, it was made that way...) but the modern ones can be changed over with little more in teh way of tools than a pair of pennies or nickels. This will cover the range of most of hte really popular and lasting models, like the delica and the endura. The Native is also really cool, and has had a lot of success... Visit a knife shop, you'll see what I mean.

The SS versions, unfortunately, aren't made as ambidextrously. Clip is made to stay on one side, that that's pretty much it. You can swap it end for end, but it'd still be on the same side. That aisde, if you can handle manipulating the knife in hand, lockbacks are lockbacks, and the hole is still great for opening. Just find one that's comfortable.

The compression lock also may or may not be more or less comfy for lefties or righties. I dunno... I'm not much of a compression lock fan.

The new ball lock thing they've used on the dodo and WTC knife looks to be perfectly ambidextrous, too. And as long as the clip is reversible, you shoudl be fine.

Depends on what you're looking for in a knife, Myakka. As a lefty myself, I'd rate these all as lefty friendly:

Chinook II - if you're looking for a large heavy-duty folder, this one can't be beat. 4 way mountable clip for the ultimate in carry options.

Left hand versions of the Carbon Fiber Delica and Police - these are totally left hand
knives, even the serrations are reversed on the serrated versions. Can be set up for tip down or tip up carrry.

FRN Calypso Jr. - Great medium size folder, full flat grind for excellent slicing ability. The only FRN model set up for tip down carry, and the clip is reversible for right or left use. The " sprint run" grey ones are only available in PE, but the original black ones can still be found pretty easily in serrated.

Native II - Only stainless model with a reversible clip. Tip down carry. A bit on the heavy side, the PE model has been discontinuted and is relatively hard to find, but the part serrated are still being made.

As Lothar suggested, any of the FRN lock backs with the barrel bolt clip. Quite a wide variety of sizes, blade shapes and edge types available.

Then of course there's the Kiwi, one of my favorite Spydies. Excellent little "gent's knife". No clip, so it works equally well for right or left pocket carry.
