It looks like a modified Ergo Badger Atack or Natural Outlaw.

If you can't see it, it's satin finished, the scales are ground down but still show a little quilting, the butt has been ground flush with the scales and the talon hole has been removed.

That all makes it look a little like an aprentice knife but I think it's a real Busse.

More than likely it's a apprentice model since the talon hole is ground off

Looks like an NO-E with the talon ground off. The BA-E is a bit shorter but it's hard to tell with the E-handles. The BA-E has the talon hole factory ground off, all the rest do not, so if that i in fact an NO-E then it was ground off later. I prefer the E-handles without the talon hole. Makes them more compact.

Looks like a NO-e that is either and apprentice or some one ground the front talon hole off of it and flush ground the butt. Also the slabs were probably thinned and contoured a bit since the quilting is not prevalent.

I have never seen an aprentice knife with ~production style scales. That's why I think it's a real Busse.

If any one has seen an aprentice knife with production scales, let me know.

The butt grind on a NO-E is a nice modification, IMO.

The only reason I can think of to grind the guard off an NO-E would be to enhance it for cooking/cutting board use but it's really too thick for that.

Most definitely a modified NO-e. It's got about a 6'' blade right? I can see INFI dimples and from what I've heard apprentice knives weren't made of INFI (A2 and other steels). The only apprentice knives I've seen are A2. The choil is smaller (not big enough for a finger) on the BA-e and that choil (what's left of it) looks just like the right size for a NO-e.

Thank's all! The blade is 6.2". Really, this knife is similar on NO, but it's not custom alteration, and real Busse, made in such kind. I thought, that there is such serial updating.

That's a sweet knife: You'll get some great use out of it! If Busse co did the alterations then it's golden!
