What is the one Slip Joint Traditional knife that you could not wait to receive?

The one I recieved in the mail about 2 hours ago from Charlie. Barlow 15 Soup Bone and it's beautiful.

My HJ6 Teamster Jack!
Another great (past) offering from Charlie I scored off the Ex from a cool cat named Owen.
I couldn't wait to get it in hand & pocket.
Love the pearlecent luster in the Tomato acrylic.

Gosh it seems like whatever knife that I've got on order at the moment is the one I can't wait to get. But obviously we all have that fever when waiting on a new order.

But to answer your question, if I had to pick one it would probably be either this newest Charlow or my 92 Eureka Jack i got a couple months back.

I've had this one for years now, but still remember my excitement at tracking one down. It was a bit of a grail for me.

After seeing Black Mamba's avatar I searched high and low, finally found a dealer who was going out of business. Ordered it immediately for what I felt was a very good price. For reasons that still remain a mystery the seller took a powder.
I emailed him repeatedly and got no response. After a month of anxiety I was about to contact Paypal and cancel. Long story short, the knife arrived five weeks later and I was delighted! Happy ending!

A couple years ago when the Dan Burke barlows came out from Queen, I was ordered one for my birthday and was very excited like a kid..... :->

I have 2 Uncle Henry's and a Craftsman inbound right now, so those, Until I order or trade for something else then it will be whatever that particular knife or knives I happen to pick up. It's a hard life being a knife hoarder.

These 3 amigos. Tis the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

... at least until the next run of Charlows! :D

All of them, really.

The two most anticipated were these:

large J. Oeser gunstock.

And this one: My grandfathers. I got it about 15 years after he passed on. It finally turned up.

I'm with who said the one incoming :D
Right now it's the GEC Radio knife with red bone covers. That is going to be a little extra special since I was a radio station engineer in a past life  Plus I love the size of the #15 frame, it will join my spear blade Nifebrite and blackwood sheepfoot Charlow. The new spey model is on my wish list, maybe after Christmas.

It is always the last I have purchased.
Right now is Case Bose 2013 colab. knife and vintage Case stockman which are on their way...
