What is the origin of this mattock?

Hi all, wondering if could get some help identifying this cutter Mattock, it was painted red and on the grubbing blade is stamped:
"AP-5038
Made in USA:

Also I'm relatively new here and dont know how to post pictures, any advice on doing that from my phone would be great. Thanks!

Hi Ben, photos need to be linked from an image sharing site like PostImage or Imgur. Then you need to copy that link and insert in into your thread using the photo icon in the toolbar on your post.
(It sounds harder then it is.)

No other markings that I see at all. Possibly if I removed more scaling but I dont think there will be more.... I'm also trying to ID this double bit that was my Grandfather's....
