What is the RMDxLE to you?

While waiting for the "Solution ", the RMDxLE has grown on me. At first that top guard didn't appeal to me. I don't have a good 6in. Knife but am trying to justify what role it will fill for me. Is it a fighter? I don't see it as a chopper. What will it do for me, that the RMD, HRLM, S5 won't do as well.
 
well seeings how I have way more knives than I could ever possibly need it is another offering from the Swamp that looks sexy and may get taken out and beat on :thumbup: As for a role for it, looks like it might make a good mid sized camp knife, light weight, sharp.....

I already have an RMD so I can't justify getting it. Now if it was scaled up to be a competitor/equivilent to a Busse Team Gemini, I would pick one up in a heartbeat. In orange and black G10 please.
 
Always wanted a satin RMD with one more inch so this is my PERFECT solution...

It will be a general all-around camp knife and a great mate for my satin/black paper BWM LE.
 
hooker, check out rainwalkers pictures. he has a really good one showing how thin this LE is.
 
The thickness was a nice surprise, I'm really likin it!!!:thumbup:

This is a good all around blade, with nice smooth edges and a nice convex grind. The upper guard has really grown on me.

I think it's a real winner!:)
 
Got my shipping notice. I'm excited now. Guess I should tell the wife soon.
