Well, the Guinns have a few minature folders, inluding a Swiss Champ about the size of a grain of rice!

Not sure about production, but I've made 'em with blades in the half inch range. Usually when they get that small though, I often prefer slip joints since they're easier to make.

Steven, who makes these micro minis? A quick google search turned up only full-sized stuff. Would love to see 'em.

If you consider it to be a locking knife, what about the smallest of the Laguiles? I believe their smallest is less than an inch long blade...?
