Here's mine: the "pistol bayonet knife." Omigosh!!!! What a concept.

I assume you're not interested in looking at Fantasy or video game-inspired knives, as most if not all of those make me think, "Well, golly, what could they possibly use all those spikes for?" This thread would instead be reserved for designs that are intended for some practical use but tend to fall on deaf ears.

Something like basically any Mantis knife ever conceived.

Hipster knives for the hipster god.

Those pics are HILARIOUS! :-) I just choked on my diet pepsi when I saw that flashlight with the attached blade. Can't tell if that was just photoshopped for play, or if that thing really exists, but either way it's too funny.

Updated: Omigosh, the coleman with the blade is REAL. I can't believe it, just found it on one of the big online retailers. Surprisingly, no "*" ratings yet. :-)

Cutlerylover recently did a review on this CRKT multi tool type thing... It seemed like a real mess to me.

I honestly don't understand the pistol bayonet. Seems like it caters to the Call of Duty crowd and it's taking up space that would be better suited with a light or laser.

The weirdest thing I've seen was knife that had a laser level attached for "precision chopping." It was on Youtube a little while ago, but I can't find it now. I clicked thinking it was a joke, but it does appear to be an actual product.

That's another Mantis.

Well, the ones I know of are manufactured strictly as a novelty, and are meant as a joke from the outset.

Those neck sheaths for the para2 just seem rediculous to me. Really defeats the point of both a folder and a neck knife. Now who here swears by them and wants to prove me wrong.

Honestly this looks like it could be of some use for shooting Youtube videos outdoors using phone cameras or an iPod; might as well have a tripod that can open a beer too:D

Someone should give one of these to gundude73 for his youtube videos. Good videos but for some reason they wobble
