I need a tap to fix the threads that go into the liners on a full size, anyone know what thread this is?

All of mine have been 2/56.
That would be true if the OP were asking about the mini-griptilian.

I personally have never needed that tap. I could take a guess at what I think it might be.
But, instead will resist the urge and leave this for someone who knows the true answer.

2/56 is what benchmade use on all the knives made in the usa.
Generally speaking...that would be true.
However, the OP specifically asked for:
"a tap to fix the threads that go into the liners on a full size "
I knew it was not a 2-56 (wrong, too small).
Off the cuff my guess was going to be 4-40.
But, I dont trust any data that cant be verified, even from my own brain.
So I had to see for myself.
I just went down to my shop and ran a tap through the liner of a full size Griptilian.
4-40 is the tap you are looking for.
