What is the tool called for removing this brass piece?

Trying to tighten up this handle, what tool do I need to remove the brass piece on the pommel?

I just call it a modified (stubby) screwdriver, and they are easy to make with a Dremel or angle grinder.

I found a big 1/4 drive bit set that has special tamper resistant bits of all types that has those spanner type bits. I got it off the big river place and it’s USA made . And I think our local parts store has some imported ones that have that style bit but not sure how good they are.
 
You can get spanner bits from McMaster-Carr.

 
Like post #5 said: a Spanner Bit, you have to measure the size, of course, I suggest to buy at McMaster Carr, Grainger or similar.
