What is the value of the Emerson/Benchmade CQC7? It has been sharpened and generally used...alot.

It has the Specwar logo on the back of blade and is ATS-34 steel.

I recently bought 2 of those at a local gunshow. One had black coated blade, half serrated, and one had bead blasted blade, half serrated. I think I got a great deal and paid $75.00 each.

They are my first Emersons, and I love them. I'm kind of new to knive collecting, and a bit of a Spyderco fan, but I sure like those emersons.

Surfin Ronin,
Sentimental value, but if it is used not much, maybe $75-$90 depending on the condition of the knife.
Sorry,

Mike V. & Reed,

Thanks for your replies. The reason that I am asking is because I won an auction on ebay for one(winning bid was $72). The auction described the blade as used, but in excellent condition. Then yesterday, I get an e-mail from the seller with photos showing the blade looking a bit beat up; the seller also tells me that the knife isn't in as good of condition as he had described. He said if I still want the knife, I could have it for $50 or have a refund.

From a collectors stand point, what do you think?

I wouldn't want to use it, I already have knives that are for that, that are not abused. Would EKI recondition it?

Thanks for all replies. :D

These are not all that hard to come by, i would just wait for one in better condition. my .02
