^ Yeah, looks like fuse of many kershaw design features. That's why it looks so familiar but cant find matching model now. : p

Kershaw PackRat is the closest match I've seen!

In my head though this knife is almost an exact copy of... SOMETHING.... Jeze... I cant think of it.
