What is this knife worth?

I have nice XM-18 gen2 3.5" knife.
It is non-flipper, with smooth carbon fiber handle and tumble finish titanium.

It is not mint (sold me as mint but find later that it isn't :jerkit.
But I still find it in very good condition, blade seems to me is nonsharpened.
There are minor scratches (better say marks, no deep at all just visible under certain angle) around the pivot.
Also small marks on Ti handle, very minor, you can fill it when go on ti with finger. I find it as cosmetical marks.
I'd decribed it as little handled, non used knife. Very easy to open and close, and bank vault like early lockup.

So what this is worth? Thank you for comments...

While I was scrolling through the pictures, I enlarged one by clicking on it and an AVG "virus detected" box popped up and a file started downloading which I quickly stopped and then it started again!

I had to shut everything down and scan my PC (I don't even have AVG) with my AV program and then Malwarebytes. It came up clean after 1 1/2 hrs of scanning, but I wouldn't advise looking at all - or enlarging any of those pics. Do so at your own risk.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE... it happened.

BTW, doesn't look like anything's wrong with your knife. I didn't even see the blemishes you mentioned.

I paid 1,300 which included fedex overnight shipping so really like 1,260 for a gen 2 almost in the exact condition yours is. Mine is a flipper though, so that would make a little bit of a difference in the value.

Sorry cziv about possible virus, but for my both computers I'm using is photobucket "virus free".

Thanks guys for answers, prices are similar what I've found on internet.
I've offered knife for sale for less as your recommendations, but unsucesfull at the end, maybe because I'm in EU and possible US buyers are afraid of shipping there.
