What is this knife?

I was watching The Host movie, and saw a cool knife in it. If you've seen it, it was Jared's knife. It looked a little beefy, with a nessmuck style blade. Please if you can help, I'd like to know.

A better view is when they go to get medicine for her brother, and she cuts herself as an excuse for medicine.
