What is this knife?

I found this knife in a drawer. It doesn't have the spyderco logo only the lum. The pivot screw looks like somewhere tried drilling through it. Where could i get it repaired?

Looks like a Lum Tanto to me.

Agreed, looks like a Spyderco Lum Tanto. If it needs repair just send it in to Spyderco.
