what is this pocket knife?

Looks to me like a Victorinox Red Alox Pioneer. I'm no expert though.

Victorinox. I`m not sure what model. I have had one for years, really good knife with solid aluminum handles.

Definitely a Victorinox red alox pioneer (maybe a farmer). You're in luck, they recently started making these again in red and black. More information is on the SOSAK website.
