There are several versions of the Buck Crosslock, one like this with the black and yellow handle with the sheepsfoot blade without the other tool is the Buck Crosslock River Rafter. This one in your picture with the multi-tool is the Buck Crosslock Yachtsmen. The other tool is for loosening hardware and wire-stripping, it was designed as a boat knife. discontinued long ago.
