what is up with BF website

I thought it was the WiFi I'm using, just running a little slower than "normal".
 
Now its way better. At certain times its better than others
 
its hit and miss for me. mostly miss. I'm using home wifi. also cellnetwork sometimes and other wifi when I'm out. all wifi and cell signals dont seem to matter. site is slow last month or so. there is some threads on it already in the tech issue/q&a/ etc. forum.
 
Pages have always been slow to load for me since I joined a short time ago. I still remember dial up so I can't whine too loud. LOL.
 
Theres a whole thread on it thats like 15-20 pages long for a while now. Its terrible. Last I looked no Admin had addressed it.
 
I believe it has to do with the stay at home orders and all the bored people being online. I read an article a couple of weeks ago basically stating there is a lot of slow down on the web due to large numbers of people using it.
 
For me from early morning through the day it’s usually good till in the evening from around 7: o’clock till 11 o’clock it’s very slow . And that’s with my home WiFi fiber optic or on cell connection. All other sites are good but BF server is very slow for the last 6 weeks or so. They were working on it but never heard what was causing the problems.
 
I don't know Mike, works fine for me. I'm on a 3G network and the tower is 10 miles away and pages load as fast as can be.

nope. slowdown started before that....
 
My dial up has been pretty slow lately. I guess most of America is Online :p
 
Depends what you are using my MAC never fails always pops right up, my Windows I have left to use after the stay at home to work people go back. Try unplugging the power from your modem and plug it back in after ten seconds That always helps my windows. If you have triple play everything has to be rebooted. The speed will increase though. In the early A.M. the windows works fine. Middle of the day forget it.

I have no issues, speed is fine but I use a Chromebook which is much faster than mu wife's HP Laptop which uses the latest Windows version. I did access BF on her laptop and I did notice its slower loading pages than my Chromebook. So maybe the issue is the computers you're using not BF. My Wi-Fi modem runs at 50 mb/sec which is the basic (cheapest) level.
 
the issue is BF. Theres an entire thread talking about it. started acting up not too long ago. Been off and on ever since. Spark has been working on it with the provider trying to figure it out.

Yep.
Other sites no problem.
Here, sometimes slow no matter what I use.
