what is with this CS trail hawk factory sheath?

I just got my trail hawk in the mail today... spent a few hours working on the edge.... It was crazy dull. That however was ok compaired to how insanely crappy the sheath it came with is! WTH!? It barley fits on the bit. Not only that but it only barley fits when I put it on upside down. I know this is a budget hawk but still would it kill CS to make a kydex sheath? I know I can buy custom ones off ebay.... but still... CS you are a cheap brand. I should have known better... The hawk itself is decent. But the handle is soo dang long. I feel like a viking wielding it. I shoulda Just saved some dough a bought a ranger hawk.

no but at least I expect it to fit right

It fits fine. The fit is tight at first, but the strap quickly stretches a little bit and stabilizes, giving the intended fit.

I took my handle down 4" and got myself a steel loop belt carrier. Problem Solved
