It's a slow morning so just for fun, I borrowed this pic from the bay. Ignoring that someone converted the knife to an auto, anything else catch your eye?

I've accumulated a number of 100 year knives, some have the medallion and the anvil stamp, some have the medallion and either the date code for the year before or after. Some just the anvil, no medallion, etc. this one is two years before so my guess is a replacement blade from a donor body. Preston

I seen one with a NS frame once that had to be a reblade. It was early in my Buck collecting days and I didn't know just how rare and odd it was.

The 100 yr. Anniversary model was made 3 ways and more. Plus, for about 3 years. A year either side of 2002. Here's one with the medallion, a 2001 blade stamp and the 100 year inking on the blade. A odd ball.? Maybe. DM

Clint, I bought a number of my 100 year knives from Dave, this might have been one of them. Don't know if it's the one you saw or not, it does have nickle silver bolsters and the 100 year medallion but the tang stamp is for a custom not the regular 2002 tang stamp. Preston

Nice pics of the 2002 variatons. I like DM's.

How about this "what is wrong with this picture?" Don't know if I've recognized this choil.

What is wrong with the Picture?

I think nothing is wrong with the picture.

May be something is wrong with the knife ;) :)

I think the choil is ok. I just examined my 112 three dot and it looks just like yours. Stamp and all. DM

Ha Ha, not bad, coming from someone who's native language is not English..... ;o)

Well, DSS, who else has distance enough to find the depths of the words? ;) :)

On the other side I earn not an insignificant amount either to find these contradictions.

The blade stop notch has changed through the years. Different years give different looks. DM
